Inoda Adventist High School has made history as the first school in Northern province to implement an online student registration system for the 2026 academic year.

The introduction of the online registration system aligns with the school's long-term plan to integrate technology into its core teaching and learning activities.

The transition is part of a broader communication strategy led by English teacher and Communication Manager, Dun Simatau.

According to Simatau, the school’s digital roadmap began with the launch of an official Facebook page. The school is now preparing to launch a dedicated website following the successful rollout of the new registration portal.

The school is utilizing ESKOOLY, an online school management system designed to streamline administrative tasks.

“We conducted research last year and discovered that approximately 68% of our Grade 10 students have access to mobile phones,” Simatau said. “We decided to utilize the technology they already have to deliver education more efficiently.”

The online registration trial officially commenced on Monday, January 26, 2026.

Simatau said the automated system allows for rapid data entry, completing tasks in 10 to 15 minutes that previously took much longer. The platform offers high-level security guarantees to protect student records and sensitive school information.

He said the system bridges the communication gap between the administration and families.

“Any school lacking a strong connection between parents, students, and administration cannot be truly successful,” Simatau said. “That is our core belief, and this system ensures everyone stays connected.”
