Examination cheating compromises education system

Concerns of cheating during Examinations is one that should be borne by every Papua New Guinean.

That’s the call by Assistant Secretary Examinations at the Department of Education Kuagai Dua.

He says Papua New Guinea is a global citizen and such practice waters down the country’s education credentials.

It’s a compromise to Papua New Guinea’s education system.

Mr Dua raised issue that as the Exams draw nearer this year, while the Education Department does it’s part to conduct fair and true exams, it’s up to every citizen to support this space of the education system.

He said in recent years, the has been incidents of people breaking into examination storage locations and with the help of social media today, they are breaking our examination processes motivated by grid and jeopardizing the system for PNG.
