Black out forces Parliament to adjourn

Parliament was swamped in darkness, following a black out a few minutes into prayer time this morning.
Parliament didn't start on time at 10 am.
About a few minutes to 11, there was quorum and the house called to order.
Civil Aviation Minister Wake Goi was asked to pray, and during prayer time, power went out.
In half darkness, Deputy Speaker Koni Iguan told Parliament the power outages from yesterday affected the standby generators, hence there was no air-conditioning and today's Parliament session was adjourned to 10 am Thursday.
