BSP Waterfront Branch reopens

Bank South Pacific Financial Group announced a new era of banking with the reopening of its newly refurbished Waterfront branch in the National Capital District on Tuesday.
BSP’s Group CEO, Mark T. Robinson said, “customers want convenient, access to our people, offering them simpler and better ways to bank. At our Waterfront branch, customers can speak to a lending, business banking and Insurance specialist on site or connect to BSP’s customer contact centre for assistance from the in-branch phone”.
The Waterfront branch is open 7 days, Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm and from 9am to 12pm on the weekend.
While over-the-counter cash deposits and withdrawals are no longer available at the Waterfront branch, customers can access the ATMs [for withdrawals] during business hours and when the branch closes. Alternatively, they can access their accounts using BSP’s Internet Banking, Call Centre or Mobile Banking, BSP Agents or a branch nearby.
BSP in statement reads, that the bank remains committed to enhancing the way in which BSP serve its customers across our retail branch network as their banking needs continue to change.
The Waterfront branch design offers customers a modern, digitally enabled yet staff-assisted banking experience. With access to banking specialists in branch – customers can benefit from instant account opening, card and pin issuance as well as activation of their online banking options.
