The Moore Printing team competing in premier division of the Private Companies Netball Competition have set sight on recording a 5th title amidst an expected stiff 2024-2025 season.

Team mentor and veteran Susan Leka said they're prepared for a thrilling season against some big name teams in Kina Bank, NCD and BSP in the corporate comp.

Whilst their ultimate aim is obviously to defend the title, this season will be different for the reigning premiers who are expecting a tough outing.

"This year is different because we have some new teams elevated to the premier division and were not taking them lightly," Leka said.

"It's going to be a stiff competition and I expect my girls to step up to the challenge.

"I don't want to get too comfortable saying we can beat our opponents but we look forward to meeting them during the course of the season."

Moore have made 5 straight grand final appearances in the PCNC comp, with four titles bagged under their name.

The premier division leaders are one of the top teams in the biggest off season netball competition and look poised to create history this season.

An unbeatable force in the making, Leka said Moore outfit have made slight preparations for PCNC proper season, which will commence this Sunday.

She said majority of players from the past seasons remain committed as they work towards another shot at finals.

"We're slowly getting everyone back in shape and ready before the actual competition starts," Leka said.

"I want to ensure the girls are fit and healthy. 90 per cent of the team remain the same with just a few new faces that have joined the company, eventually joining the team."

Meanwhile, PCNC proper season will start round 1 this Sunday at the Rita Flynn Outdoor Courts.
