Milne Bay PHA celebrates pre-independence with patients

Patients and Guardians at the Alotau Provincial Hospital were treated to early Independence celebrations at the hospital grounds today.

The Milne Bay Provincial Helath Authority brought the Independence feels to their Hospital wards, sharing fun and entertainment with patients and their guardians, business houses in Alotau supporting the course with gifts packs for the same.

Albert Tioti added most of them will likely not be at the 50th celebrations next week so this is us bringing it to them.

They were appreciative.

Patient Carson Benson described it as something else to.lighten the heart while in care.

The Provincial Hospital will join the rest of Alotau next Tuesday in a marxh parade to the main celebratory area.
