Kessy Sawang leads a new political party

Member for Raikos and Labour Minister Kessy Sawang is the first female politician to form her political party.

It is "called the People's Transformation Party.

First Assistant Secretary to the Minister,  Solomon Nani confirmed to NBC News, that Ms Sawang has resigned from the People's First Party to form her party.

In this by-election, the People's Transformation Party is endorsing two candidates for Usino - Bundi and Kabwun Open, respectively.

The People's Transformation Party has seven policies, including education and integral human development, health and spiritual wellness, agriculture, fisheries, law and order and promote Nature and Tourism.
